Shipping and returns

Original Artworks


As each original artwork is unique in size, weight, and materials, customised shipping arrangements are required. Please allow up to three weeks for the preparation and organisation of suitable packaging. You will receive regular updates regarding the handling, packaging, and shipping of your piece.

Damaged or Lost Artwork


In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include detailed photographs of the damage for verification. Once the issue has been confirmed, a refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned artwork and its corresponding Certificate of Authenticity.

 

All shipments include a tracking link, sent directly to your email, allowing you to monitor your delivery. If you notice any discrepancies or issues during transit, please contact us immediately at info@curateddrawings.com

 

Returns


Please choose your artwork carefully, as we do not accept pieces once purchased. Returns are accepted only in cases of loss or damage (please see  above).
